Home buyers have three floor plans to choose from at The Reserve at Retama:
The “Classico” has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 2.5-story layout. It has 2,755 square feet of living space with a one-car garage and a one-car parking plaza. There are two large 200-square-foot rounded decks. One is accessible from its unique kitchen layout, which can include our optional built-in brick barbecue pit. It is shaded by the second upper deck, which is accessible from the master suite upstairs.
A raised formal dining area, column-flanked room entrances and a full half in/half out basement, which can be finished out, as an option, into a large game room, studio apartment, or guest suite.
The “Texan” is our 1741-square-foot two-story model. It is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath floor plan, with a walk-out patio off the kitchen. From the master suite, a 140-square- foot upper deck is accessible. The master suite has a spacious walk-in closet and has both a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower in the master bath.
The “Westerner” has a Southwestern look and feel to it. It is a 2,764-square-foot, two bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 2.5-story home. It too has a half in/half out ground floor, which can be finished out, as an option, into a super-large recreation room, media room, or large studio apartment.
